These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website kanchudhan.com and related mobile experience (together, the “Platform”), and the purchase of products offered by Kanchudhan (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Platform is operated in connection with our business at the registered office below.
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules applicable to electronic records in India. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

You must be legally able to contract under Indian law. You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or creating an account, and to keep login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Products are handcrafted; minor variations in colour, texture, weight, and finish are natural and not defects. Images and descriptions are indicative. We may correct errors in pricing or descriptions and may refuse or cancel orders that were clearly erroneous.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Payment is processed through our authorised payment partners. You agree to pay all charges for orders you place.
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders for stock, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons. Dispatch, delivery, returns, and refunds are as described in our Shipping and Refund policies.
The Platform may link to third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for them.
Content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, layout, product photography where owned by us) is owned by or licensed to Kanchudhan. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Platform or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law requires otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kanchudhan and its officers and employees from claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, riots, fire, epidemics, strikes, internet or power failures, or government action.
We may change these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Malkipuram, Andhra Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform, to the extent permitted by law.
