Refund Policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• To initiate a return, email us at support@kanchudhan.com with your order ID and photos of the product.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used or show signs of wear
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items returned after 7 days

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible — you may initiate a return instead.
