This policy describes how orders placed on kanchudhan.com are shipped within India.

1. Where we ship
We ship to addresses across India using registered domestic courier partners and/or India Post, as available for your pin code. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Dispatch and delivery timelines
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, unless a different timeline is shown on the product or checkout page.
- Estimated delivery: typically 5–7 business days after dispatch for most locations; 3–5 business days for major metro areas (e.g. Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata). These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delivery dates may be agreed or updated at order confirmation or via SMS/email when the shipment is booked.
3. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000 (pre-tax total as shown at checkout, unless stated otherwise).
- A flat ₹99 shipping fee applies to orders below that threshold, unless a promotion states otherwise.
- Any shipping or handling fees charged at checkout are non-refundable except where our Refund Policy says otherwise (e.g. order cancelled before dispatch by us, or our error).
4. Address, delivery, and risk
- Delivery will be attempted at the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please ensure it is complete and correct; delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address may incur extra charges or require a new order.
- Order and shipment updates are sent to the email and/or phone you provide at registration or checkout.
- Delays: Kanchudhan is not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, customs or regulatory checks (if any), force majeure, or other events outside our reasonable control. We will help you track and escalate with the carrier where possible.
- Risk of loss: Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address or to a person accepting on your behalf, per courier proof of delivery where applicable.
5. Packaging
Handcrafted brass, bronze, and copper items are packed with protective material and extra cushioning where needed. Inspect the package on arrival; for damage, see our Refund Policy.
6. Tracking
When your order ships, we aim to share a tracking link by email and/or SMS. You can also check order status in your account where available.
